If you are using fresh eggs, try steaming them after they’re a week old. Check out my blog post on the difference between fresh eggs and store-bought.

That’s all there is to it! I bring this to any pot lucks and all of our family get-togethers. It’s super easy to make. Some may turn their nose up to pea salad but once they try it, they’re hooked. The Tony’s really gives it a unique taste.

You can change up this recipe and make it your own. My Dad adds cheddar cheese chunks to his and sometimes uses different seasonings. You can use frozen peas instead of canned for a little more crunch. Some people add bacon and even pimento.
