Gifts for the Chicken Lover on your List
The holidays are fast approaching. Are you looking for the perfect gifts for the chicken lover on your list?
I love Black Friday Shopping but the older I get the harder it is to get out with the crowds. Amazon makes it so easy!

Most people that own chickens love them! Actually, everyone I know that owns chickens love them! And like me, they love to talk about their chickens (maybe not to the extreme that I do).
Chicken people love chicken shirts, chicken shoes, chicken or farm decor and anything that makes our life easier taking care of chickens.
Now, chickens really don’t need much. If you provide a clean, dry, predator-proof area with lots of fresh water, and food, they will be happy.
If they are cooped up, you may need some things to keep them from being bored and picking on each other.
Our chickens could care less about how their coop looks. They just want it clean.
But for the chicken tender, this is one area we love to show off and a cute sign (or several) help us do that!
Coop Signs
We’ve had these two signs going on three years and they still look great!
There are so many cute ones on Amazon that would match any color scheme or other decor you may have. Of course, these would also look cute in a country kitchen.
Bright color paint, flowers, and windchimes.
I read the other day that windchimes could deter predators. I’m not sure this would work long term. If a predator hangs around long enough, I would expect they’d get used to the sound and think it’s normal.
Regardless, I’m still going to add one on the outside of the coop. I love how relaxing the sound is plus they’re cute.
Fresh flowers make a great addition inside or outside the coop. How cute is this hanger.
Chicken Tenders Love to Show off their Girls Hard Work
If you don’t wash the protective bloom off the egg, you can store them on the counter.
We have this one and absolutely love it. I like being able to know which egg is the oldest so I can use it first. The only downside is if you remove several at a time, they roll quickly. I’m always worried one will break, although it hasn’t happened yet.
This one is adorable. Many people pencil the dates on their eggs. It’s a little pricey, which is why it would make a great gift. I don’t think I would spend this much on one (but I have a hard time spending money on myself).
We also Love to Share with Others
When I have an abundance of eggs, I love to give them away. Everyone loves fresh eggs.
This stamp is customizable. You could add your chicken tender’s name or the names of the girls.
When I give eggs away, usually I give a half dozen. Our girls don’t produce enough for more. These cartons can be used for six or twelve eggs. Add the above stamp or a cute sticker.
Now our sons always take a dozen eggs when they come over. This year they are getting this plastic egg carton for Christmas. Normally they bring their cartons back to fill up but I saw this the other day and thought it would make a great gift for them.
Other Gifts for the Chicken Lover
What’s better than enjoying a glass and wine and sitting outside with your chickens. Does your chicken lover drink wine? One of these stoppers should be on your list.
If you own chickens, you quickly fall in love with their different personalities. If you have a chicken lover in your life, you know how true this is.
I hope I’ve given you some great ideas to find the perfect gifts for the chicken lover on your list.
